1. Discovery & site review

Aaron will personally meet you onsite to listen to your vision, evaluate the site, and outline scope, budget ranges, and timeline expectations.

2. Design & selections

Hilltop Homebuilders offers a Design+ Build option, where Aaron works hand-in-hand with the customer to create the perfect elevation and design.

Holly will personally walk you thru the design process, connecting you with our in-house decorator, and assiting you with all interior details—materials, fixtures, and finishes curated to your style.

This is our favorite part! We love seeing our customer’s vision come to life.

3. Build & project management

The Owner of Hilltop Homebuilders serves as Project Manager, and is onsite throughout the entire process. Hilltop Homebuilders prides themselves on having long-standing relationships with their trades/vendors, with an emphasis on quality control , craftsmanship, and budget.

4. Final walkthrough & handoff

Punch-list completion is one of the most important aspects of a build, and we make sure we check every box before handing a home over to a homeowner. We pride ourselves in only being one phone call away should you need anything post-build. We don’t just want you to love your home at move-in, we want you to love your home forever. We consider our customers family.
