Aaron Loftin
At a young age, Aaron discovered a passion for building that has never left him. From the sandbox with trucks and building model airplanes to the most intricate forts throughout the forests of Kingwood, Texas, he was always creating—always working with his hands.
That passion led Aaron to earn a bachelors degree in Engineering and build a career in both commercial and residential construction. He spent over a decade working in the fast-paced markets of Houston and Denver, gaining valuable experience managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
After ten years in the corporate building world, Aaron and his family chose to pursue a more meaningful pace of life. They made their home in Fredericksburg, Texas, where Aaron began working alongside his father-in-law, a respected builder with more than 45 years of experience. That foundation of craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail continues to shape every home built today.
Holly Loftin
Holly was born and raised in in central Texas, and loves all things Texas Hill Country. Holly has had homebuilding running through her blood since birth. The daughter of a homebuilder and real estate broker, she spent much of her childhood on the jobsite. Holly loved watching the building process and was fascinated by all things design, but most of all, she loved seeing the joy people felt when they moved into their new homes.
Holly graduated from the University of Texas with a major in Design and a minor in Business. When her family moved to Fredericksburg, Texas, she decided to persue a career in real estate.
